DELIVERY
United Kingdom
Most orders will be sent by Royal Mail Standard 2nd Class post and Signed 2nd Class when you spend £30 or more. Items usually take 2-3 working days to arrive, though please allow up to 7 days for delivery within the UK.
If an order has not arrived after 12 working days from the date it was sent, please get in touch and I can claim the order as missing and issue a refund or send a replacement.
International
Your orders will be sent via Royal Mail Standard International, or tracked when you spend over £40. Items usually reach Europe within 3-5 working days and the rest of the world within 6-7 working days, though with the current COVID-19 pandemic, things might take longer.
If an order has not arrived after 25 working days from the date it was sent, I can claim the order as missing and issue a refund or send a replacement.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE
It's very important that you are happy with your purchase, if there's anything wrong please don't hesitate to get in touch and we can find a solution.
Please send an email to nick@windowcards.co.uk for a return address and to talk through options.
Please obtain proof of postage when returning goods, as I am unable to take responsibility for returned goods lost in transit.
Although I take great care in showing the right products, colours may vary because of photographic reasons and due to the handmade nature of my work, there may be small variations from piece to piece.
